SOLD OUT ITEMS
We are always updating our artwork and items, and we do sell out of each product line quickly. If a bag, or special article of clothing you are looking for indicates it is sold out, please feel free to give us a call and we will let you know when it will be back in stock.
Due to an excellent response, we have started accepting pre-orders at this time, so if you would like to ensure having the item, please give us a call and we will send you a pre-order form.
Our "LIMITED ORIGINALS" will be limited editions, so once they are sold out we will not be reproducing them.
TAXES
Green Animal Project is located in beautiful Cherryville BC. We have to pay both GST and PST here, as with all other residents of BC. If we are shipping to another country, you will not be charged our tax, anywhere in Canada you will only be charged your applicable taxes.
HOW TO ORDER / PRIVACY ASSURANCE
If you are ordering single items, please press the ADD TO CART button in the shopping page, and follow the steps indicated by PayPal. You can redirect to continue shopping as you wish. PayPal only collects your information in order to process your order. Green Animal Project will not keep your information, sell it, or give away information to a third party unless required by law in compliance with government or with a regulatory authority.
EXCHANGES
All our products are inspected before departure to ensure quality control.
All sales are final and non-returnable or non-exchangeable, unless there was a mistake with your order.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product was previously damaged.
Please note: The signature look of Green Animal Project is text that appears scratched or faded. This is not damage.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Because our company strives to be green, we ship in the most environmentally friendly as well as cost-effective way possible. This means unless you special request, we ship by ground using Canada Post, using eco-friendly shipping materials. We do not over-package, and as most of our products are made with cloth, we do not fill boxes with excess packing material. Our products will ship within 2-5 business days from the payment being received. Delivery time from our door to your door will vary depending on your location. Import taxes or duty for other countries are the responsibility of the receiver.
